I have been a resident of Boisé Notre Dame for five years and I must say that this retirement home is unlike any other that I visited. The common areas are always very clean and the staff are very polite and extremely helpful. 

They have a diversified catering service and we can enjoy delicious meals at a reasonable price.

We also have access to an impressive list of activities and the schedule is always clear and well publicized. If I have any questions or needs, the administration staff are available anytime. Ever since coming here, I have always felt safe and I have been able to make new friends.

In summary, it is by far the best way to live the golden years of your life.

I have been at Boisé Notre-Dame for six years now and I am very happy to live here.

I am still quite active and very pleased with the diversity of activities available. I always find something I like. The two large swimming pools and the water aerobics are very popular and I love spending time at the beautiful indoor park, where I can chat with my neighbours, relax near the fireplace or play mini golf. I also enjoy a game of petanque. All in all, I can say that I make the most of the indoor and outdoor activities. 

Of all the residences that I visited, this is the first time that I have seen so many recreational facilities! We even have a real bowling alley and a cinema, a real cinema, with two shows a day!

I love good food and I am never disappointed with the catering service. We have an excellent chef who offers a much diversified menu. We have access to three restaurants and a deli.

In short, Boisé Notre-Dame is a unique home where residents come to enjoy the good life.

My wife Danielle and I have been at Boisé Notre-Dame since the age of 65. Before coming here, we lived in a beautiful home in the Laurentians and not many people understood our decision to leave that place to go live in a retirement home. Six years later, we have never regretted our decision!

At Boisé Notre-Dame, we rediscovered the gentle art of living and we found the security we were looking for. We also found uncommon human warmth which felt right for us. Here, people greet each other and mingle in a variety of organized activities. There are scheduled events and residents participate in large numbers.

The quality of meals is simply outstanding! The chef is supported by a kitchen staff worthy of the finest hotels. Night after night, they never cease to surprise us.

I sometimes reflect on the fact that some people wait a little too long to make the most of the excellent services of Boisé Notre-Dame. Each day, my wife and I encounter exceptional people with whom we share a very pleasant life. We will be very happy to continue our idyllic life at Boisé Notre-Dame for many years to come.
